I stayed at the Pomeroy in late September because of good reviews, and was sorely disappointed at every turn. First, I paid way too much for the type of room I got. Then, the internet did not work up at the 4th floor. I had to use the business center in the lobby to get my work finished. When I checked out, the woman at the front desk was so busy on the phone that she couldn't even bother to look up at me. While I waited several minutes to check out, my taxi came and went because they thought I wasn't coming. I had to call another after all that. I would not stay here again.

I would like to apologize to you concerning the stay you had with us in October 2011. We do realize that we have concerns with our wireless internet, we are in the process of putting in a fibre optic line through Telus which will solve any problems that we have been having especially with the 4th floor.
Concerning my front desk agent I also will apologize for her not acknowledging your presence at the front desk upon check out. We try to have two agents on the desk at all times but obviously this was not the case with your check out.
Hopefully you will give us another chance to redeem ourselves and have a memorable stay.
