I had a room with a sofa area. This chopped the room into 3 small areas. The problem with this is the furnace/air conditioning was in the bedroom... for the whole place. The Movie selection on the TV did not work, when I called the front desk I was told since it was Friday night the maintenance person was not available and they would call when it was repaired. No one ever called and Sunday just before I checked out I looked and the movies were available.. although all old ones, even under the still in theaters section so not sure it would have mattered. Movies were also ultra expensive.
Saturday while we were out the room was tidied..... well bed was made. The sink still had tooth paste in it so it was not even rinsed nor was any of the garbage cans emptied.
You are supplied with plastic throw away glasses and paper cups... yummm first morning coffee in a paper cup. This room had a kitchenette but no supplies, not even a plastic spoon to stir your coffee in the paper cup.
Prior to my arrival I requested a couple of housecoats from guest services so I did not have to bring my own. This request was not accommodated. I also requested a late check out as my flight was an afternoon one and they did accommodate me gladly.
All in all my stay was not bad, just not as good as I would have liked or expected and I will choose a different hotel next time.
