We had our Christmas Party at this hotel and were disappointed with the service of the staff. We found the bartender was slow, and the manager there that night was very unprofessional. We had to change one of the rooms rented because we found dirty towels in the bathroom (changing of the rooms was no problem).

I had my wedding reception at this hotel, along with a block of rooms. Booking my event was easy and stress free. The front desk staff were friendly and professional, the catering staff did an excellent job, we had fantastic food, our room was clean it had a new bed which was great, along with a welcome gift, very nice touch.

We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for a wedding, the service was quick and efficient. The hotel was clean and the restaurant had good food.

I recently stayed at the Quality Hotel and it was a great stay. Staff were super friendly and knowledgable. The food in the restaurant was tasty and priced well. Although the rooms are a little outdated stylewise the bed was comfortable enough I didn't even hear my alarm go off! The price of rooms are also decent. I would definetly stay here again and would recommend to anyone!
