Very clean and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Close to the university and was very convenient for apartment hunting. Coffee maker and fridge in room. Free wireless internet.
Some sketchy looking buildings/yards were the view from the room but that is no fault of the hotel.

I am a traveler, used of staying in a huge hotel but staying to this hotel is another experience for me to share. The hotel is worthy enough and was a guaranteed surprise out of its simplicity is an admirable cleanliness, exceptional staff service, first-rate free breakfast, smoke-free rooms and free parking. It is so relaxing after a long day of exploring the city either unwind in nice whirlpool, revitalize your body in a gym or comfortably lay your back to bed. I can say that I had my utmost stay in this hotel because of its accessibility to bars and restaurants, mall, and even hospital. Definitely I will come here with my family or who knows might be a corporate meeting soon!

We stayed here 3 years ago, see earlier review. I rarely return to the same hotel, especially discount ones, but this one is worth it in my opinion.
Still great prices. We paid $100 + tax for 2 seniors. Great deal for a no-frills kind of place.
Adequate breakfast, typical of hotels of this sort, nothing special, includes eggs and is free.Lots of free fresh cookies every afternoon in the lobby! The free water bottles tehy were giving out for hiking etc leak around the lid, so don't put it in your pack full; we through ours out.
