I stay at H-Inns right across North America and overall have been happy with the service at H-Inn hotels but this hotel has done something that has not happened to me in over 30 years of constant travel and hundreds of hotel nights. Because my hotel stays are, for the most part business, I use the prioity points when on a personal stay, but from this hotel, they charged me the points but also charged me for the stay. I have spent six hrs over 3 months and stopped at the hotel 3 times, with all my credit card info to show that they have not re-imbured me, as they say they have, and they told me to deal with it through MC myself and the hotel has no transaction receits to show they actually did re-imburse my card. Bottom line--they screw-up and I have to try and make it right, thats no sevice at this hotel.

Stayed here for 5 nights for work. Stayed in King Suite, room was exceptionally clean, bed super comfy! Tried the restaurant one night, good but a little on the expensive side. A few minutes drive will get you to Joey's, Milestones, Moxies etc, comparable prices! Hot tub and pool was great, lots of kids so I'd reccommend going later on in the evening if that's not your thing. Front desk was super helpful for everything I needed (including extending/cancelling days) and getting extra blankets. Very quiet overall, would stay here again.

My wife and two children stayed here for a night while we were going to an oilers game. Room was nice and clean. Very quiet even though they had a full house. Lots of parking. Room service was excellent. Close to mall. Would stay here again for sure.

The Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites in Edmonton has a nice new pool and hot tub area to enjoy. The rooms are pleasant enough. The bathrooms are spotless. The coconut lime shampoos samples and soaps are a nice touch. Our room did not have a microwave for our budget price and that would have been appreciated as an inclusive. I had a good sleep even though we were on the traffic side of the building. The beds were definitely comfy enough. It would have been nice to have a free breakfast offered. This hotel is one of the better hotels I stayed in this week. I would stay there again.
