Well, been there for the second time and it really works good for me. The location is great as I met with customer very close. Insonorisation is good, washroom looks good, bed quality is great. Your back feels just like home when you get up, On the down side this time, the whole place has been woke up by a fire alarm prank at 4:10AM. This is painful but I did recover. Managed to win 60$ at the casino last time while playing for about 40 minutes. Like their restaurant. Just wish they do breakfast.

My son required orthopedic surgery to his femur for a second time. He requested to return to the century as he was so happy with the conditions and the respect he received from the past stay. he was again happy with the accomadation. Kudos to you!!!

“OK but far from everything”

- if you play to the casino or go for a christmas party its OK
-otherwise its far from everything else depends what you are looking for

Thank you very much for taking time to write your review, we appreciation your input.

Although we are not located to large attractions such as West Edmonton Mall or Fort Edmonton Park, we are however conveniently located 5 - 10 minutes away from the Rexall both driving as well was through public transit.

With Belvedere LRT station only a short walk away, it is also the preferred method of transportation to downtown which hosts some of Edmonton's greatest attractions and festivals, from Taste of Edmonton to the new Art Gallery.

My son was involved in a car accident in early december that left him with a fractured right femur. He was discharged from the hospital too early and was definetly in no condition to go home to his apartment and climb stairs. With my century points I was able to book 4 nights at the hotel in a large room accomadating his wheelchair.and very close to the elevator. We received a compliementary breakfast due to a fire drill. Their kindness, compassion and understanding was much appreciated during this time.

There were cigarette buts in the corner, and a mysterious liquid on the floor in the bathroom.

I advice everyone to stay away from this place.

I am terribly sorry to hear that your stay was unpleasant and this is not our housekeeping standards.

We are a non-smoking establishment and any smoking evidence found in any of our rooms is collected and cleaned accordingly, to rid of any second hand smoke evidence.

Although this is a very unfortunate incident and abnormal occurrence, we have no record of a complaint being filed in regards to this particular situation. However, if the Front Desk Agent on duty was notified of this incident during your stay we would have been able to rectify the situation immediately.
