We have been staying at the EastGlen Inn since April 2011 off and on. When we stay in a motel it will always be in the EastGlen Because we love the way the staff take care of there customers. They make sure that there customers are so comfortable its just like your at home.
They have free internet and breakfast.
The staff make us feel so comfortable we would not stay anywhere else anytime we rent a room it will be at the eastglen. There rates are affordable and reasonable.

We've been staying at the Eastglen Inn for the past fifteen or twenty years. We're here once a year for a trade show, and sometimes a second time to visit clients. The management and staff bend over backwards to make sure you're comfortable and have everything you need. They have always been most helpful and obliging.

Aside from the staff being extremely pleasant and the room being clean, there unfortunately is not much positive to say about this place. If you are stuck for cash and want a decent sleep in a cheap, clean place, this is it.

DO NOT book here if you're expecting somewhere nice for a vacation.

Pros:
Clean.
Nice staff.
Walking distance from Rexall Centre.
Surprisingly comfortable sleep.

Cons:
No hair dryer in the room.
TV did not work.
Windows do not open, a/c unit is noisy and smells a little funny.
Shower only gets lukewarm.
Shower fixture is weird and took a call to front desk to figure out.
Cigarette burn in one of the chairs.
Pillows are flat and small.
Not a good neighbourhood to be in unless you like the red light nightlife.

We were booked for a weekend but bailed after the first night.

Myself and sister have stayed at the Eastglen Inn twice, and will book to stay there again with no hesitation. The rooms are clean, linen changed frequently, staff are friendly and very helpful. As two women alone we felt safe and secure. We stayed there for two weeks and it was a very enjoyable stay. The complimentary breakfast is an added bonus. Well worth the money we paid to stay. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay as pleasant as it was!!!!
