I am an employee of a call center stationed in Ontario. My responsibility is taking customer orders and sending them out to the location closest to them, and it is customary for when customers are staying at a hotel, that we contact the hotel front desk to ask that the customer is registered at the room number they have provided for us. Usually the front desk staff are very polite when checking the registration, but the clerk who answered my call was anything but polite, she was downright rude! She was asking me "What do you want? I'm very busy!" which is no way to speak to someone on the phone, most especially when you are at work! From some of the reviews that I've read here, I think it is safe to assume the woman I spoke to was the owner, and all I can say is that if she ever comes across this, I suggest you shape up and drop the attitude or your business will not survive.
