“Horrible Customer Service”

I called in to the front desk to book a reservation for one of my clients, and the gentleman who answered the phone was rude and generally terrible. I was so appauled at the service I called back to ask for the manager to see if I could get some better answers or service not wanting to write off this establishment just yet. I got the same guy again and this time not only was he rude, he refused to let me speak to anyone else and was very sexist. I would never stay or recommend that you stay at this hotel simply based on this experience.

“Best value for the dollar!!”

I have stayed here many times and ever time the service and food was fantastic!! I have had the best sleeps ever....I wish I could find a mattress like theirs. Where can you get a full breakfast for ONLY $2.49...WOW!! They have a lounge with VLT's and the cheapest drinks in the area, maybe in Alberta. The bar called Trappers, has and area that you can play the horse races or play pool. Thieir dinning room serves a luncheon smorg for only $5.95. This Motor Inn is for the working class!!
