I called in to the front desk to book a reservation for one of my clients, and the gentleman who answered the phone was rude and generally terrible. I was so appauled at the service I called back to ask for the manager to see if I could get some better answers or service not wanting to write off this establishment just yet. I got the same guy again and this time not only was he rude, he refused to let me speak to anyone else and was very sexist. I would never stay or recommend that you stay at this hotel simply based on this experience.
