My Friend and I had tickets to U2. We were very excited about the whole trip. Upon checking in, the front office manager suggested we leave our car and take transit down to the stadium, he gave exact instructions on how it worked.
The room was large and very comfortable, you could tell that it had been recently renovated. The morning after the concert we had breakfast in the resturant of the hotel called Conyac's and the eggs benidit was wonderful, (Garlic in the hollindais, fantastic.)
A great hotel with a great resturant and friendly knowledeable staff. It is located very close to West Edmonton Mall, I will be going back very soon.

we stayed in room 424, the room was very clean and very quiet my granddaughter really loved the fact that she could play her game on the tv while sitting in bed we also really enjoyed the pool and the constant supply of fresh towels near the pool we went down to the in house restaurant for a late supper i was really surprised that it tasted so good. i will definitely come back to this hotel in the future!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a long stay in Days Inn for few months. The staff is very friendly and co-operative.
The suites are the smaller version of a home. One will definitely feel at home at this place.

The ambiences of the rooms are very nice. The gym and swimming pool made the stay more amazing..

The hotel is located very near to one of the biggest mall in the world - West edmonton mall.

Overall I had the most beautiful stay in this hotel..!! Thanks for making me fell at home..!!

My husband recently stayed at this hotel in West Edmonton. He gets one weekend off a month if he's lucky and decided to take the children to Edmonton for a weekend of fun and to meet up with extended family. He arrived to check in at 10 pm and was shown to his family suite. It was absolutely disgusting he said it smelled like urine and there was dirty dishes everywhere. As he was late checking in there should have been plenty of time to have the room clean for him. They put him into a different room on a different floor with a bed and a pull out couch but still charged him for the family room. After finally getting settled in he had a shower and then there was a knock at the door, it was a security officer that said he was smoking in the room. My husband does not smoke (has never been a smoker) so he told them to come in and check around, they refused, said nope smelled like smoke so that's that we're charging you $250. My husband said they wouldn't even look him in the eye. He takes the kids to the mall on saturday and comes back and can't get into his room, they've decided to move him to another family suite, so they pack up everything and go to the new room. Skip to Sunday when my husband goes to pay the bill, they refuse to take off the $250 smoking fine (i'm sorry this is just ridiculous). I did phone and file a complaint and did send two emails but so far nobody has even got back to me. To me this is totally unacceptable.

Not only that but you have to use your room key to get on the elevators so if you're staying on a diff. floor than your family you will not be allowed on their floor. The entire family said the whole thing was ridiculous and a huge inconvenience. It was a very expensive lesson to us and i can't believe this even happened. I would never stay at another Days Inn ever!

Not only for what happened but also the total lack of interest in addressing any of the concerns.
