“Always good here”

This is our regular place we stay when visiting Edmonton. These are the reasons why:

-Price is good for the quality of hotel and location
-Always clean and property is well taken care of
-Complimentary breakfast (basic, but saves the cost of a daily breakfast every day)
-Hotel will provide playpen free of charge (first come basis, but have never had a problem)
-Location is great (easy access and easy to find-close to the outlet mall, and about 10-15 min from West Ed. Mall)
-Pool and hot tub are always inviting, although because of the waterslide it makes the enjoyable area of the pool small, and it is usually busy, but it is not a big deal to us. It is usually clean.
-Hotel staff is always friendly (especially Juvy at the front desk, and accommodates us with any request we have)

I highly recommend it. It is not anything special or above the ordinary, but for the cost it is good for us!!

I really appreciate your indepth response. Thank you for all the positive comments. I also appreciate you describing our suite. We have also created another type of room with the same layout as the minisuite, except where the pullout couch use to be we have put a double bed and flat screen TV. We call this our family suite is gives the privacy with the one separate bedroom, but the comfort of a bed instead of a pullout couch. It has the mini kitchenette and separate full bathroom. We have also been upgrading our room furniture in some rooms and our bed toppings in all rooms. We hope to see you again soon.

“Excellent!”

Stayed here last winter after one night at a horrible, dirty place (Travelodge, West End). The rooms were clean and very comfy. Definately one of the best places we've stayed at... ever! :)

“The kids want to go back!”

The hotel was clean, front dest clerks were friendly, helpful & effecient. Room was quiet & clean. The beds were comfortable. The kids loved the pool/slide. The only negative was that once other families arrived at the pool, there was no room for adults to splash around.

Room Tip: use your ama card for a better rate

“Great For Pets”

Great place to stop over if staying in the city for a few days with your kids and a dog. It has a pool with a slide for the kids, a continental breakfast, and thit is pet friendly. Always great service.
