We were planning our 10th anniversary. It was to be special because we were spending a weekend alone with no children. About 10 days before our reservation the owner calls us to say they made a mistake and that a family of four was suppose to have the room. (It only took them 3 weeks to realise it ????) Most likely they were getting more money from booking a family so they bumped us. Finally we end up with vacation time from work with no place to go. Even with a reservation you may not get it !!!!
