We stayed at this location on June 1st for the U2 concert in Edmonton. The hotel was reasonably priced and clean. There was four of us sharing the room, and there was only two towels in the room, but thats ok as we could only ask for a couple more as needed.
It was a great location to get to the stadium and they allowed us to check in early so we could drop our things off and head out. The room was clean and comfortable.
I wouldnt recommend if your looking for anything extra, theres no pool or anything but if your not planning on spending much time there, a great stay.

Heading to Edmonton for a 50th Wedding Anniversary - did not want to stay outside of the residential area where everything was happening (Saturday night function at the Beverly Community Hall, Sunday Brunch at Aunt's house in the Beverly Area). A lot of others were staying out in Sherwood Park or in north Edmonton. Lived in Edmonton many years ago and used to party at the Beverly Crest bar so knew the area's reputation.

Was pleasantly surprised to find that what was once the Beverly Crest bar will soon become a local branch of the Edmonton Public Library....NO MORE BAR!

We had booked a non-smoking room and got a room that was fresh-smelling and definately had not seen a smoker staying there. When you walked from our room (#541) down the hallway to the lobby and entered the older part of the motel, you could smell smoke but that was the only time. Room had one queen-sized bed and a pull-out couch.

Bed linen was clean; mattress was very comfortable and the pillows were wonderful (none of the typical hotel pancake pillows!).

Check in was quick and easy. A continenal breakfast was available free of charge with room reservation or a $5 discount on any menu item for breakfast. Did not take advantage of this as there was a celebratory brunch Sunday morning at my Aunt's home.

We don't get to Edmonton very much but will definately stay at the Travelodge Beverly Crest again...

We stayed at this hotel on the weekend of July 18, at first i was a bit scared to book here from reading the last review, but i thought to try it our anyways, the location is great, very easy to get the hotel and right off the yellowhead trail, and only 7-8 mins to norhtlands, we were visting capital ex so it nice being so close going back and forth. It looks like the hotel is going through reno's, our room had new carpet, beds, and furniture, so that was nice, staff was also very nice to us, and the best was the price, I come to edmonton lot on business and usally stay southside or westend but now i will be returing to this property, some people say its not the best part of edmonton but my vehical has been broken into 2 times on the southside and 1 time on the westend, and i talk to some of other guest at the hotel that were regulars and they said they never had a problem with there vehicals being broken into, and i also saw security officer present , i will make a return,

it was nice clean hotel, with nice helpfull staff, it is in very good location in the east end right off yellowhead trail, the beds were very comfortable, Me and my family will be back for sure, also tim hortons in the parking lot and lots of other restaurants.
