Location is 10 min. North of Wesr Ed Mall, but beside a truck stop with no retail shops or restaurants nearby. It does have a 24 hr. Resto on site where food is ok and decent prices, but no room service.

Room was pretty small for a family. Beds were clean but mattresses were way too hard & none of us slept well. Decor sterile. Bathroom fan was on same switch as light and very very loud. TV was old school 27" box.

Front desk personnel were courteous & professional.
This hotel is decent for a brief stay of 1-2 nights. The price drew us, but for a little more money you could be closer to shops & mall & food in a nicer hotel with more room space & sleep comfort.

Great hotel for it's location just off the Yellowhead and close to the West Edmonton Mall. The food in the restaurant is great as are the oriental people that run it. The bar is right there conected too and it even has off track betting. Stay there often the rooms are clean although not huge but the price is reasonable for West Edmonton!!

The folks and I were a little concerned when we checked in by the looks of the front desk - paint peeling on the walls behind the desk, some interesting people in the parking lot - and wondered if we really wanted to stay two nights. Took the chance and I'm glad we did. The room I received was spacious and clean. I got a smoking room, and contrary to the other rooms I've gotten this trip, it didn't stink. There was a bit of road noise, but it wasn't so bad that I couldn't keep the window open at night.

For a place to rest your head at night, this motel was more than adequate. I liked the location since it's near a couple of major roads, so getting to places to visit in the city was fast. It's also located near the Edmonton Mall (down the road on 170 St). The only complaint I have is the entrance to the motel can only be accessed by one side of 170 St. If you come in on the other you've got to pull a U-Turn down the road and come back. Minor complaint.

for a <$100 hotel in edmonton, its my choice....got kingbed, 42" flatpanel, clean room, climate control with tstat on wall, not on the ac/heat unit....lotsa hot water, internet is tough to stream on, but I got 95% of what I wanted done, done. Hallways have some stains and are that warm kinda stale smell, room was perfect, didnt has to use the airfreshner that I always has packed....theres no views except that of a parking lot and a freeway, but its not a resort, its a place to sleep. And its non smoking.
