Truly amazing experience at this hotel.
We arrived at noon (3 hours earlier than the normal check in time). No problem, in fact they upgraded us to a bi-level suite. The front desk staff was very helpful with our two kids (5 yrs & 2 yrs). After driving for 8 hrs (yeah, we started driving at 4 in the morning), we were so tired to even try to find something eat. When we checked in, we asked the front desk girl if she could help us get some cheese pizza for the kids and veg pizza for us. She not just recommended a pizza place but also called them in and placed our order for us.
The remainder of the stay was nothing different then the first front desk experience. Yeah, you may not be able to get the bellmen open the door for you when you approach the front door like all the five star hotels offer, but people working their know what the customer needs and wants and make them feel royal.
