I find the Delta to be consistent across locations. My stay here was enjoyable as usual. The location is near many restaurants, but I see the on site restaurant gets good reviews. The staff was very welcoming and quick with their service. The rooms aren't large but they are comfortable. Free Internet is offered wired and wifi. No complimentary bottled water or breakfast. If you collect aeroplan miles, it's great.

Had a booking problem upon arrival and must say that the young lady at the front desk jumped through hoops to get it sorted out! Rooms was clean, the breakfast was simply the best I have ever had at any hotel....anywhere!

I have no problem recommending this hotel to anyone visiting Edmonton. It is conveniently located - close to restaurants to suit any taste!

I have no idea why this hotel has dropped on the list. I was on the 6th floor facing east to a road but there was never all that much noise. The people complaining must have been on lower floors. I always ask for the highest floor available. We got a fantastic deal for our 6 night new years eve stay. 85 a night thanks to travelocity. I loved our stay. We arrived and were given our room within 5 minutes and it was in the top half of the building, which I'd requested. They also gave us the code to underground parking and made us a reservation at their wonderful restraunt for dinner. The prime rib is amazing. Possibly the best in the city. I've stayed in numerous edmonton hotels, including the very hyped up fantasyland hotel, and this was my favoirite stay. Room service was always accomodating and helpful and the room (as well as hotel) was always very clean. The beds were SO comfy and the eggs benedict was always fabulous. I won't ever stay at another edmonton hotel again. Best New Years I've ever had.

We attended the Latin New Years Eve Party at the Delta Edmonton South and had a fantastic time. The check in was efficient and friendly. The front desk agent let us know about New Years Day brunch and that we should make reservations if we were interested as some seatings were already sold out. The room was great, comfortable and clean. We were on the 8th floor on the side of the building across from the railway tracks, but we didn't hear anything all night. We ordered room service and the attendant was really friendly, asked us about our plans for the evening and assured us the Latin New Years Party would be great. I asked him if he was off before midnight, he said probably not, but it didn't matter he was going to have a great New Years. He also made a second trip to bring us some extra wine glasses all with a smile! The New Years Party was such a good time. Lots of people, all having fun. The food was great and our server was just awesome. Working in the business I know what a challenge getting food out to hundreds of people is like and the Delta pulled it off wonderfully. All in all a great experience and I absolutely go back next year.
