We travelled in a group of over 10 people and booked several suites. Rather than booking 4-5 of the standard 2-4 person rooms found in other hotels, booking with this hotel worked out a lot better for us. The individual rooms within each suite gave couples/individuals the privacy they needed, while the common areas in the living room and kitchen allowed family members to gather and chat. Having a full kitchen allowed members of our travel group to eat at their leisure and for their own dietary needs, without having to eat out every single meal. The grocery store was conveniently located a few steps away for getting food for meals and snacks. Plenty of restaurants are also located nearby on Jasper Ave.

The suites were overall very spacious and incredibly clean (the cleanest I have ever seen in a hotel). The hotel staff were knowledgeable, helpful, and catered to our needs. Their customer service levels rank at the top of what I've experienced in all of my travels.

I've stayed here several times while in Edmonton on business due to it's convenient location. It's clean and spacious, the staff are great and the airport shuttle stops right there!

On the downside, on hot summer days the AC unit is only in the living room so it can get warm. But rooms have ceiling fans which is nice. Also underground parking which is great, but the lot is TINY! if you drive a bigger vehicle be forewarned!

Despite this, it's one of my favorite places to stay!

We were 2 adult couples travelling Ab and BC. Booked this location in May after considerable research. Very pleased that we did. This is an all suites property located on busy Jasper Avenue. It is sort of on the fringe of downtown Edmonton but there are restraunts, night spots etc very near by. A full sewrvice grocery store is about a 2 minute walk away. By appearances I would say that this place had just completed renovations and everything we saw was very very nice. The room we had was a 2 bedroom suite complete with separate bathrooms, kitchen and full laundry facilities and living room. New appliances and very well equipped.

Jasper Ave is very busy but we hardly even noticed the traffic noise. The staff were most pleasant, courteous and helpful, couldn't have been better. Only complaint was that the rooms were very warm and we had a very hard time getting them cooled down. The a/c (only in livingroom) ran full power during our stay, but the ceiling fans in the bedrooms did help. Would I stay again, absolutely wihout hesitation Yes!

We were placed here by our emplyers because they accepted dogs.
What we found was that we and the dogs were accepted as family and we were treated like we were the most important people in the world.
Words cannot express the love and gratitude we have for the staff here,they are the greatest and we will owe them a debt of gratitude for the way they looked after us(all 4 of us). Nothing was a problem and they go the extra mile to make you feel like your coming home.Our dogs were greeted with a treat everytime they came in and the staffs advise was invalueable and honestly given because they cared.
They were the greatest treasure in Edmontonand we'll treasure the time we had there.
