My wife and I were forced to stay here during one of Edmonton's busiest times. We were only passing through. We tried every hotel in and around the city, all were booked. We phoned to book a room and were told to hurry as it might be booked in an hour. Not too sure what that meant. We got there and front desk was behind a plexiglass window....bad sign? With the room key you also get a remote control!! Hopefully one that works. We knew it was a run down place, so think run down hotel/motel and yah you got it. Our room door was nothing, maybe made of cardboard. With a space of 3 or 4 inches from the floor. My wife made me lift the mattress to see if there was blood stains or cockroaches. We "slept" for 3 hours and caught a cab to the airport. Our cab driver asked if we spent the night and was surprised we came out alive. SCARY!!!
