We stayed in this hotel from Thursday until Sunday. It was not a pleasant experience. 30 Minutes after checking in we were searching the yellow pages for a new hotel!! First of all It was soooooooo HOT in the room that we couldn't breathe!! We were travelling with a pet and the pet was very uncomfortable with the extreme temperature. After going down to the desk 3 times the heat still did not get fixed and the clerk seemed very annoyed..so We had to leave the room until night when the temperature outside dropped a little..even then it was still almost unbearable. Also, the lock on our door was broken and it was very difficult , and even impossible at times to get the swipe card to work. We let the clerks at the front desk know..but nobody seemed to care too much. Additionally, we had the "DO NOT DISTURB" sign on the door and the maids came in anyway!!!! But even though the maids came in..they didn't take out the garbage or anything..they merely fluffed the pillows and threw the comforter on the bed (The bed was broken too). By sunday I was so glad to get out of there because I didn't get ANY sleep due to the rowdy nature of the people residing in the hotel. The hotel bar holds karaoke thursday night-sunday night..so I layed in bed listening to intoxicated individuals wailing 80's tunes!! Furthermore, they weren't very clear about the pet policy. One clerk told us differently over the phone then the clrk at the dek when we checked in which created a lot of problems! Well I could go on......but I do not recommend this hotel..You can get a way better hotel for this price close to the mall. Definately not for ones travelling with kids!

I was at the continental inn for a wedding. They reviewed there hotel as a 3 and a half star but it was more like a 1 star. Our rooms were not cleaned the next day, no fresh towels so when we phoned down to get some we were told they were too busy. I had to go out and buy my own. The remote control on the TV was broken and they told us that we couldnt get a new one because people steal microchips out of them. We also had to put a deposit on a coffeemaker for the room as they did not supply coffeemakers in all the rooms. They charge the same amount as the other hotels so I would recommend staying somewhere else. Also dont rely on a wake up call as I ordered one and also didnt recieve it. So thats my review for the hotel. Horrible!!!!!!!
