Stayed for two nights: December 3 and December 4, 2010.

Check In: Very friendly staff and very accommodating. Allowed me to check in 3 hours early at no charge. Ample parking although the spots closest to the hotel are usually taken by the Tim Horton's patrons.

Room: Old decor, but everything was clean. Bathroom, bed, sheets were spotless. The bed was very comfortable and I had no problems with the heat/cooling system. Large flatscreen tv was great. The fridge provided was handy. If you intend to reheat leftovers, make sure to arrange for a microwave in your room as they are not provided automatically.

Pool: Did not use the pool, but saw it. Small and had a slide. Great for kids.

Wi-Fi: Hi-speed internet service was ok. Slow at times, but I was never without service. There's also a business centre that incudes a computer and a printer in the main lobby.

Food/Area: There's a Tim Horton's attached to the hotel! That was much appreciated especially since it was super cold outside. The Kingsway Mall is located directly across the street, walkable distance. It has a nice food court (KFC, Thai Express, and Subway to name a few). Department stores such as Sears and the Bay are also within the mall. There is also a restaurant within the hotel, but I did not try it.

This hotel was about 1/2 hour from Edmonton International Airport and a very easy drive. I would recommend this hotel, but not at $120/night. I would not pay more than $80/night.

Staff was extremely accommodating to our needs and very friendly. The room was great and they went out of their way to make sure we had an easy time for our first few days away from home with our baby.

Convenient location across from Kingsway mall and my husband loved the fact that there is a Tim Hortons inside the building! Free wireless too was nice although slower than my husband's phone.

Will be staying here again.

The hotel was clean and had a good internet connection. Staff was friendly. We were in a 2 room queen. Very roomy and adequate.Pool was average, as well as waterside. The pool was a diversion for my 9 year old, and she loved it. Bottom line, clean, pool with waterslide, quiet and central location. We enjoyed this hotel.What more do you want. Airport near by was a worry, never heard a thing. Would defiantly stay here again.

Booked through the Best western web site, got a good rate doing it this way, Arrived and was very quickly checked in by a friendly female desk clerk, the pool and hot tub looked nice but I did not go in there, its located right acorss the street from a big mall and tha was handy, Theres a Tim hortons there to which is handy..

Room was quiet but was old and carpet was dirt, one plus has a nice big flat screen TV and the bathroom was decently clean..
