This was the second time that I sayed here. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The accomadations were very nice. The food at the hotel was real good also. The remodeling is making the hotel look better and should be very nice when it's complete. The cookies in the afternoon at the front desk are GREAT.

Even with the hotel under restoration /expansion the service is very good.
The full buffet breakfast starting at 6am included in the room rate is very
beneficial especially for longer term stays.The food and service is excellent,
this includes the lounge.

I'm a corporate event planner and we have been using the services of the Edmonton Hotel & Convention Centre for a couple of years now.

We have held both our Children's and Adult's Christmas Parties at this venue and my co-workers and event attendees ALWAYS report back about how amazing they thought the food was, how friendly the staff are and how great a venue it is.

Our company is only down the road from this hotel so it's a great choice for us on location alone, however with all the changes and upgrades at this hotel, you can't help but be impressed by this hidden jewel. It's nestled in an Industrial Area on the south side of Edmonton BUT on weekends this area is super quiet and this hotel being off the main road sits quietly everyday even with the bustle of trucks and industrial traffic.

It's super close to every amenity you could imagine. Just down the road going West is Whyte Avenue, a beautiful historical, shopping and entertainment area for Edmonton. On the way to Whyte Ave you will pass Bonnie Doon shopping centre. You are super close to the Ravine where you can hike, bike and spend some time with nature, OR if you head North, you will come into another shopping centre and another area for nature exploring (Gold Bar).

Downtown or Sherwood Park (the World's Largest Hamlet) is only minutes away.

The hotel has gone under some major construction over the past year and a half. The new lobby feels like you are staying in a hotel in Jasper or Banff, the rooms are clean, the beds SUPER comfortable and clean. The staff are accomodating and friendly, always willing to help and assist. Planning large events, we are quick to change our plans and they have always been helpful and super quick.

We just recenly held a Sales/Leadership Training Meeting at this venue and everyone raved about the quality of the rooms, how quiet the hotel was and how AMAZING our food was. We ended up needing to require a lot of their meeting space for some split meetings and the rooms were set up and ready to go.

As I mentioned we had our Christmas Parties there as well and I was able to access the rooms earlier in the day to set up our event, the meal was on time and we had plenty of food.

Valerio and Jimmie are fantastic to work with and we look forward to many many years working with this hotel.

I've attached some of the pictures of our desserts from our Sales Meeting, they were taken with my phone so not the best "quality" but they were amazing edible quality.

I don't think you will be disappointed in working, staying or visiting this hotel.

My stay at the hotel was excellent. Even though the hotel was under construction it didn't affect our stay. The rooms are very nice and roomy. Food was amazing. Breakfast was included with the room and it had all the breakfast favorites with a very friendly staff. My husband and I had a steak dinner there and we couldn't stop raving about the flavor and quality of all the food. We will be staying here again!
