Our cousins come visited us from abroad last weekend. We had booked two rooms at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites in South Edmonton as it is nearby all the actions, the South Edmonton Common and the Southgate Mall. We took them out to shop, movie and dine out.

The front desk reception clerks dealt with our check-in and check-out efficiently. The gentleman in the suit greeted us in the breakfast room was very friendly and professional. After enjoying the free breakfast with our cousins, we all went to swim in the indoor pool. We had a lot of fun.

We all had an awesome stay at the hotel. We would definitely come back again with other family occasions.

My mom, sister, and I stayed 2 nights in a 2 queen suite. The beds were very comfy, and the room was clean and quiet. The free breakfast was great, and the staff was friendly. Our only complaints were the not-so-comfortable pull-out sofa, and the much too hot hottub. We would definitely stay here again!

Good Hotel, the first floor had high ceilings. The washroom was about average. The free breakfast was good and the staff was friendly.

The room was a good size. Easy to find parking. I would stay there agian.

We have stayed at this HI several times this year but this time was terrible! Maintainence is not a priority. We had a 2 queen room for us and our 2 kids. The fridge vibrated so loudly we had to pull it out and unplug it. The room temp was sooo hot, but the A/C was too loud to turn on. We just opened a window, but the street noise was so loud the kids and grown ups had trouble sleeping. The room had 2 towels for 4 people and the cleaning hadn't been finished from the last set of guests. We complained but were told that we could not get any $ off our bill. No satisfaction. We won't be back - there are lots of good places to stay in Edmonton - don't need this.
