I've been working out of Edmonton for the last six months. Three weeks on one week off. Staying at the Chateau was ideal. The suites have a living and kitchen area and a separate bedroom. The staff was always courteous and helpful and the rooms were clean and quiet.

The Chateau Nova in Edmonton is an Ideal Place to stay from a friendly and warm welcome to fulfulling your every need.

This was my first stay at this property and likely my last. I usually travel for business but my sons and I went up and stayed to attend the football game.

The check in experience was quick, simple, and service with a smile. That was great.
The room itself was large, coffee maker, mini fridge, sink. That was great.

The problem(s) were two fold. A) There were no extra pillows for the pull out bed, when we called down to get more they said check the dresser drawers, which we said we did and they ended the call. Whatever there were enough pillows to go around.

When I pulled the blankets back I noticed the sheets were dirty, black marks / stains. Of course I didn't notice that until after 1:00 AM when I returned to room, I ended up sleeping on top of the blankets.

I paid about $200 for the room so I expected much better.

I have stayed at this hotel several times during the past couple of years, including last night. When it first opened, it was very clean but have found the room cleanliness to be lowering, especially after last nights stay. Bathroom area not cleaned well with hair and dirty counters. Dirty bathroom doors and handles.
Room very warm and the only way to keep cool was to turn the window mounted fan/AC on, which sounded like a freight train.
Hotel Rooms are large, conveniently located and generally clean.
