I have stayed at this hotel several times during the past couple of years, including last night. When it first opened, it was very clean but have found the room cleanliness to be lowering, especially after last nights stay. Bathroom area not cleaned well with hair and dirty counters. Dirty bathroom doors and handles.
Room very warm and the only way to keep cool was to turn the window mounted fan/AC on, which sounded like a freight train.
Hotel Rooms are large, conveniently located and generally clean.

Great property! Well cared for, impeccably clean, great beds and pillows...so impressed with this hotel. I enjoyed the fact that any staff member that I came into contact with, made eye contact and greeted me. Keep up the great work!

We stayed for two nights to go to a wedding on the North end of Edmonton. The hotel is right off the Yellowhead and close to downtown so it was very easy to get around the city. We stayed in the superior King in the new anex. Its a separate building at the end of the parking lot. Felt secure and safe. Parking lot was well lit. Everything was very clean. The mattress, sheets, pillows etc were like new. the mini kitchenette was great. Had plates, cups, a toaster and a coffee maker. Ate breakfast in the hotel, very good and cheap. We had an issue with our room in the middle of the night and the desk immediately changed our room, sent over security to investigate and paid for our breakfast in the AM. Service was great!

This is a good clean hotel. It is close to a large mall (Kingsway Mall) - with a car, but not much else. It is midway to downtown. We found the free wifi very useful. The hotel does not have a pool - only a hot-tub that was under maintenance when we stayed there. In my experience there were a lot of people from the oil patch (Northern Alberta) staying there. I've stayed there twice under a corporate rate, but would stay somewhere with breakfast included again if I had to. All-in-all, reasonable and quiet. Families may want to opt for something with more amenities.
