What a lovely stay we had! The location of Twin Gables is very convenient and the house is lovely. The accommodations are superb and the breakfasts were very tasty. The staff did all they could to cater to whatever we needed. It was a very pleasant trip overall and I would recommend Twin Gables to a friend. Thanks for the great stay and we will see you all at Twin Gables again!

My mother and I stayed at Twin Gables and enjoyed it completely! The host and her Husband were friendly and very knowledgable about there homes hertiage and the surrounding area. The rooms were nicely decorated and very well kept, I plan to return for many future visits =)

I have stayed nearly 50 times in this fabulous B&B. Henry and Deirdre are awesome hosts, and I leave feeling spoiled every time. Most of my stays have been on business (I am currently President of the Law Society of Alberta) but my wife and I have returned to stay just for fun and to see a concert (Van Morrison). We have even sent some of our office staff to Calgary to stay, just for a super special treat!

The location is awesome, its easy to get to and to get downtown. The breakfasts are superb and Deirdre always asks me what I prefer to have. The value is really there, and when I compare the cost of parking, breakfast, internet, it costs not much more than a middle of the road hotel in the beltline. If I compare the cost of getting equally pampered (a major downtown hotel suite) its a bargain.

This is now my second time staying at Twin Gables (8 days total between two trips), and it definitely won't be my last. Typically, as a business traveler I'd resort to a hotel chain where I could collect my points...however, this B&B is such a gem, I'd much rather forgo the points and stay somewhere where I know I'll feel at home. The breakfasts are spectacular, the rooms are quite spacious (especially the executive suite), and it's very quiet for being so close to Centre City Calgary (5-10 minute drive into the Downtown Core). There's even plenty of quality restaurants for lunch/dinner within walking distance. It's become one of my favorite places to stay.
