I stayed there for 4 months and this company is really something else:
People are leaving the company left and right. We have had several contacts that simply disappeared. The only reason we find out is because our emails get ignored and we have to call to find out what is going on. They do not even bother providing a replacement contact.
• People within the company do not communicate with each other and they do not keep anything on file. Every time we call and speak to a different person, we have to re-explain any issue we have.
• Staff from O’Hotel Suites are replying to our emails with addresses outside of the @ohotelsuites domain. As we sometimes send confidential information, I don’t think this is very secure. A professional company would never send an email from a Hotmail, Gmail or Yahoo account.
• When we left the Vetro a year ago, O’Hotel Suites was going to charge us for damages caused be not turning on the humidifier. We were never told that it was necessary to turn it on, neither verbally or contractually. After some argument, the charges were eventually waived.
• When something in the apartment needs repair, they never come to fix even after asking repeatedly e.g. leaking faucet, broken washing machine
• They furnish the apartment with very cheap furniture. For example, we have only been here for about 3-4 months and the bar stool and chair already broke. We did not treat them abnormally. When the cleaning crew saw this, they reported it and we were accused of breaking it and implied that they wanted us to pay for it.
• Many times when we complained about the above points, they responded aggressively and rudely instead of acknowledging the issues and rectifying them.
