We were travelling through Calgary for the Stampede. The location is great for walking to the Stampede grounds but that is all that is good about the place. The entire building and grounds need to be cleaned up. It is worn and tired looking. The interior is dimly lit and if you arrive in the evening there probably will not be any lights on. There is not a resident host - someone lives there just to give you a key - nothing else available. We stayed in the suite with a bedroom ceiling light fixture hanging from it's electrical cords. Everything is very basic and several areas need repairs. The breakfast was the same for everyone - you were not able to choose. Don't spend the extra money. You could have a better breakfast at McDonalds! The eggs were scambled and tasted overpoweringly of garlic salt. The sausage was half raw - I sent mine back. My kids didn't even touch theirs. Again very basic and extremely disapponting.
