First time staying at this Hampton, and I was not disappointed.

My room was a King room - it was quite spacious, it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The Internet access was complimentary and was stable and a good speed. I liked having the free parking - very different than staying downtown.

The staff was very friendly and anxious to be helpful. I had the free breakfast two mornings, which was well stocked and provided good enough variety (especially since it was free!!!).

Will definitely consider staying there again when I return to Calgary.

I like this hotel a lot, about 4-5 stays over 3 years. The corporate rate is usually $159 CDN, so not too bad for the area, but watch out for new competition from HI Express and Courtyard.
The location is good and they run a free airport shuttle. The rooms are nice, bathrooms are not huge, but adequate with some counter space. Flay panel TV.
It's a place you can get work done (lots of outlets and WiFi signal is very good and free).
Finally, as stated below, the staff is very good. Breakfast in the morning is also super.
My only issue is that sometimes I'm late in getting my reservations made, so I don't get my requested room type (King). I have been upgraded to a suite once.

From the way the manager/owner worked with us to book our team into the hotel, to the way we were treated by the hostess, housekeeping, kitchen staff and the rest of the staff at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Calgary (Airport), it was a first class experience all the way. The hotel is very clean and the suites are fantastic. The staff made us feel very "at home" and was more than accommodating. The hot breakfast was fantastic with excellent variety. Can't wait to go back to Calgary.

The staff was superb, personable and extremely helpful with all my needs. The room was great, comfortable and close enough to everything I needed. And the wifi worked perfectly on my phone and computer. I have been in about 6-8 hotels in Calgary and this is my favourite. Will definitely be staying here from now on.
