Staff was super friendly and accomodating, upgrading me (without asking) to a fabulous 2-room suite. Beds were comfy, towels plentiful, clean and updated decor. Linens and towels were not washed in such harsh chemicals-those that sometimes give you hives! basic restaurants (Chilis, Wendys) were walkable, which was nice since it was below zero and the parking lot, sidewalks, and side roads were a sheet of ice. one suggestion is a "handicap" ramp down to the lower level of the parking lot so luggage is easier to get down, and also to "de-ice" the drop-off/check-in area....this was ripe for someone to slip and fall and get hurt. The closure of the Barlow trail made it difficult to get to since nothing was sent in terms of alternate directions and the rental car GPS keep re-routing you to the Barlow trail.
