One of the best if not the best experience ever at a hotel. From the great service, upgraded room, beautiful view and absolutely fabulous breakfast buffet! Would most definitely stay again!

Booked a great rate through Priceline for a one night stopover in Calgary.
I have stayed here before and its location is convenient and central. We walked to dinner and strolled the pedestrian street nearby.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable, they even sell the mattresses if you want one to take home.

The gym on the 18th floor was well equipped. It was busy the morning I used it. There is also a small lap pool. The whole space has a nice views of the city.

We self-parked our rental car for $25 with unlimited in-out privileges. $35 for Valet.

Wifi was fast and free with my Hyatt loyalty membership.

Overall, we had a very comfortable stay here and would return for future visits to Calgary.

You get the impression that this hotel was at its best 10 years ago, and that since then little has been done other than widescreen TVs.

The good points - my standard king room was moderately large, with separate robe area, very workable desk with plenty of power outlets, power outlets on the bedside table, iPod docking radio, good TV.

The 24 hour gym was excellent, the lap pool also very good.

The bathroom (shower over a small bath) was tired-looking.

The restaurant and bar very boring, and their staff bored (the Catch seafood bar adjacent was the best of them).

The Spa (level 2 of the conference building, not near the gym or pool), staff were very good and their offering of a good quality, but note that the spa facilities in the Spa are very small and could get easily crowded.

Stayed for 3 nights on a business trip and cannot complain. The location is fantastic, great restaurants nearby. The room was quite comfortable. Check-in and check-out was quick and efficient. No problems at all. Highly recommended.
