I am just so pleased with the Rooms, Service, Food and Price of this Inn, that I just had to write a review. We have used this Inn as our first day of our Holiday for our last 8 trips I believe. First of all they are so easy to find, from the #1 going west into Calgary you take Barlow Trail North and then at your second set of lights you turn left and there it is right on the right hand corner, for those of us that don't like big city driving especially in winter, this is awesome! Their rooms are spacious with sitting area, comfy beds, lots of channels, little fridges and room service is great. The food and prices in the lounge area off the lobby has always been very good and we have had the breakfast buffet a few times also, always lots to eat! They do have parking available for your vehicle if you are heading to the airport, and also a shuttle to get you there. Their Customer Service has been amazing and we will continue to make it our First Stop in our travels.....thanks Executive Royal Inn!

Although we stayed Christmas Eve and Christmas Day the service was excellent, although being Christmas Day, the housekeeping staff was unavailable. Although getting the in room coffee re-stocked and more towels required just a telephone call.There were complimentary sncaks and Hot Apple cider. The bed was the best I have ever experienced.

Recently stayed at the Executive Royal Inn for a conference this past November. The airport shuttle was a great feature. The location was perfect with restaurants and shopping close. The hotel restaurant was good and Sunday brunch was yummy! Overall it was a nice location for our conference. The rooms are comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

Answer: When the good is average, the restaurant service excellent, the front desk staff have no clue about how to get information on buses, the rooms are comfortable, the meeting facilities excellent.

Suggestion: remind staff that the longevity of their jobs is related to guests being happy enough to return. Help them to know what it is like to arrive after a long journey and have them experience the warm welcome, helpful service and interesting food of some other hotels. The potential is there, just needs a little work.
