Although we stayed Christmas Eve and Christmas Day the service was excellent, although being Christmas Day, the housekeeping staff was unavailable. Although getting the in room coffee re-stocked and more towels required just a telephone call.There were complimentary sncaks and Hot Apple cider. The bed was the best I have ever experienced.

Recently stayed at the Executive Royal Inn for a conference this past November. The airport shuttle was a great feature. The location was perfect with restaurants and shopping close. The hotel restaurant was good and Sunday brunch was yummy! Overall it was a nice location for our conference. The rooms are comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

Answer: When the good is average, the restaurant service excellent, the front desk staff have no clue about how to get information on buses, the rooms are comfortable, the meeting facilities excellent.

Suggestion: remind staff that the longevity of their jobs is related to guests being happy enough to return. Help them to know what it is like to arrive after a long journey and have them experience the warm welcome, helpful service and interesting food of some other hotels. The potential is there, just needs a little work.

Not a fan. I am sure the draw for this hotel is the fact that you with a nights stay you can leave your vehicle in their lot, while your away. Although the rooms are large, they are dated, as is the furniture. For the business traveler, the internet connection was extremely low and would not connect to most sites, i.e. salesforce. Given the price point, I would rather stay at the Four Points or Acclaim Hotels.
