Stayed at this hotel with 3 little kids. We had a newer room with 2 queen electric beds(u could adjust the hardiness of the beds). We've never seen anything like this in other hotels. Beds were comfortable, room was a good size and it was clean. Kids enjoyed the pool very much.

For the price it was a great room, and decently newer. Did not hear any noise at all.

We stayed here for 3 days - upon pulling back the sheets on the first night I found a piece of a cracker in the bed. My compaint to the front desk staff resulted in a $23.00 voucher for breakfast (I'm not sure where they got the odd number from). Also, the carpet in the room had not been vacummed prior to our check in and there was a finger nail clipping in the drawer beside the bed.

I was assured the cleaning staff would do an excellent job of cleaning our room for the rest of our stay, however, when we returned to the hotel the following day, the carpet had still not been vacuumed, the water glasses in the room had not been changed and the ice bucket was not emptied. I complained again, and a housekeeper was sent up to the room to clean it again. The following day, the dirtly glasses and ice bucket were again not changed.

Overall, I found the hotel run down, on the plus side, the bathroom was clean. The front door was littered with cigarette butts and a broken glass which wasn't cleaned up until the following day, even after I mentioned this to the front desk staffl.
Restuarant service was fine, the gym was sad, the pool area was also dirty and two kids cut themselves on the bottom of the pool. Overall, I woudn't stay here again.

Ended up at the Radisson as my preferred hotel in the North East was booked. Liked the location between airport and downtown. Also researched the gym on line as that was important.

Pros:
-Liked the business package offered - nightly charge included the internet and breakfast - no getting nickeled and dimed for every option
-Room lay-out - large and spacious - good working area and internet cable stretched to bed (not just desk)

Cons:
***Doors and walls are thin - you can hear every time a door opens and closes in the hallway
-Work out area half the size as expected as the photo took advantage of mirrors in the room
-Very poor service in restaurant for breakfast - was ignored for at least 10 minutes and then never did see my server again after she dropped off my plate
Although a good package and good location, the noise issue bothered me the most.

We won this hotel with Priceline for a two night stay and was a little worried after reading the negative reviews. However, the hotel far exceeded our expectations. It was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was an older hotel and showed its age in a few areas, ie. bathrooms, but this did not stop us from having a great stay. We would stay here again in the future.
