Spent 2 wonderful nights in Banff and both of them at the Brewster. Fantastic location and great room. Breakfast area really good , clean and good options available. We had a room with a balcony facing onto a main street and it was picture perfect. No issue with street noise or any other noises. Staff really helpful and great service. Cant get much better than this - perfect decor for tourists. Very Canadian. Would stay here again

My boyfriend and I have stayed at this hotel many times. The staff have always been extremely friendly, accomodating and helpul whenever we've had questions. The rooms are comfortable and it really has the feeling of a mountain cottage. You feel at home at this wonderfull hotel.

This hotel is also about location location location. Just off of Banff Avenue, you're never too far from the fine restaurants and shops Banff has to offer. I think we will stay.at this location again and again.

We purchased a groupon for brewsters so it was a good value for the money. I would not return to stay here only because we have a toddler and this is a hotel for people looking to party. It was noisy both nights that we stayed there, with people going up and down the hallway until 3:00 each night and we could hear people throwing up in the ally behind the hotel...the windows were not open it's just that you can hear everything. The continental breakfast is awesome and the hotel is clean. The beds suck. They're hard.

Great hotel, the staff really helped us out when our booking went horribly wrong due to problems with the booking agent. Breakfast was basic but perfectly adequate. Only downside was the constant static from the bedding.
