This past weekend my girlfriend and I headed to Banff for a girls weekend get away. We had the pleasure of staying at the Banff Park Lodge enjoying a beautiful (clean) room, wonderful welcoming staff and we walked everywhere. I would highly recommend this facility.

One of the friendliest places I've ever stayed in the US, Mexico, or Western Europe! Our Parlor Suite was very comfortable and the staff was attentive to all of our needs. The steamroom/plunge pool/jacuzzi/pool was excellent and spotless. The location was exceptional. The views were great. Very pleasant stay! The only thing they could possibly improve upon was the lighting in our room. It was a little dim even with the lights on, but I never complained because they were so nice and some people may prefer the dim lighting. I did have light where I needed it. I would definately stay there again!

The minute we walked into the hotel and the friendly staff at the front desk were very professional, helpfull and booked us into the room right away, even though we were very early. The room was very nice and very clean with a balcony which you could open to get some nice fresh air and sun coming through. The location is just prefect because you can walk to all of the restaurants and shops to downtown Banff. The service and the cleaning staff were very friendly and every time we went by they would say hello and always asked if we needed any help with any thing. Fantastic stay and would stay again.

We've stayed at the Banff Park Lodge a number of times. It's been a while since we were there (last Easter) but it was excellent as always. We were given a discount since we were returning customers and free parking, which we most definitely appreciated. We had a lovely and relaxing evening in the lounge there and when we returned home, I emailed the Lodge regarding a wonderful drink I'd had, and they promptly returned my email with a note from the bar staff on how to prepare the drink myself. Great place to stay.
