Overall, not a bad place.

Pros:
1. Super super friendly, super quick and super effective staff
2. Parking included and is underground
3. Suite was eith a nice view
4. Quite clean, but carpeted
5. Not a bad price

Cons
1. Carpets on the floor-a home for dirt and house mites
2. Outdated halls
3. Breakfast is included but very poor
4. Water in the pool is extremely chlorinated, lights in the pool missing

Overall, I may stay again if the price is low

We stayed here in early January 2012. My wife and 2 kids aged 4 and 7 stayed in a Junior Family Suite which had a queen bed and 2 single beds separated by a wall. The room has a reasonable size bathroom, 2 TV's, mini fridge, an air conditioner and central heating.

The room was very clean, and housekeeping maintained a high standard every day. The pool and spa were clean and heated. The breakfast room was well stocked with continental breakfast items including bagels, bread, muffins, cereals, waffles, juice, tea, coffee and fruit. More than enough food to start the day, and it was fresh and in good supply. The staff kept the breakfast room clean and tidy at all times.

Our room and the hotel had free wifi with good connection at all times. The hotel is located only a short (5 mins at most) walk to the start of the shops and has plenty of restaurants in close proximity. The ski shuttle bus stops at the hotel next door, so getting to the ski hill is easy. All the staff we came across were friendly and helpful at all times.

I would definitely stay here again and would recommended it to friends and family.

We stayed here over New Year's and it was fantastic. Has 2 hot tubs and a nice pool. Close walk to main area of Banff Ave. Was cheap and allowed only one night stay over New Year's which is rare in Banff. Has underground parking, the rooms were nice, clean and modern with huge flat screens.

The hotel is close to center of Banff. The rooms are very clean and spacious with a little balcony. The hotel is well kept and quire modern. The staff at the reception is helpful and nice. Breakfast was included and we appreciated. There is also an undergrond parking lot for customers. We would go back again.
