“Really Made the Difference”

From booking the reservation to checking out was a great expierence. Everything was so easy with the website when I booked our condo. Also on the day before we checked in I found out our dog sitter couldnt make it, I called to see if we could get a condo the was Pet Friendly and they helped me out right away. When we arrived early the we really accomadating us with an early check in. They helped me booked trips around the town of banff. Overerall everything was great. I found it to be like checking into a home away from home. The pet friendly condo didnt even seem like previous pets had stayed there, everything was so clean and comfy. I was coming down with a cold on our way to banff, and it had really taken over when I arrived. Even though I was sick I still had a great time, I honestly think it was cause I was really comforatable in our room, and was able to rest and relax Everytime I go to Banff I will be staying here.

Room Tip: Pet Friendly Condo

“A great place for young families”

This is our second visit to this location. There is plenty to do to keep your family busy within the resort alone, from the play area to the waterslides. It's a quiet location, and yet close to the townsite. The loft we stayed in was spacious, very clean and had a gorgeous view. It was also nice to have a kitchen to do your own cooking. We also found the staff to be prompt and friendly and they do their best to address any need that arises.

The minor drawbacks we noticed was that some of the beds seemed a bit hard and that the upper floor of the loft was very warm. However, for all the other perks we got, it was a trade-off we could handle, especially for the price we paid.

We will be back to stay here with with our family again when we come to Banff.

Room Tip: Lofts are great, but be aware the upper floor will be quite warm. If you choose a loft, be sure it...

We checked into the studio suite and were delighted with the accommodation. The room was exactly what we expected. The bed was very comfortable, the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The view of the mountains was outstanding, nice to wake up to in the morning. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this resort to anyone

“Second time, and it still impresses....”

Can't say enough about the douglas fir and what a great family spot it is...this was our second stay, and will not be our last. They recently replaced the water slides and look to be making small improvements throughout the property. We stayed in a studio suite while some friends of ours stayed in a loft suite within the lodge. Both rooms were super cozy and had everything one needed.

If you are looking for an inexpensive family getaway, this is the place for you. It doesn't break the pocket book, and has everything you need including: free waterslides, free pool, hotttubs, giant play zone, fully stocked kitchenettes, wood burning fireplace with free wood, free wifi throughout the resort, indoor heated parking (for some suites), beautiful mountain views, flat screen tv's with plug and play features.........the list is endless.

Room Tip: we really enjoy the suites in the lodge...can stay inside to get to all of the amenities, and get fr...
