We enjoyed 6 nights in Banff - Rosemary had put us in the downstairs suite which was extremely spacious and comfortable. It was great to be able to spread out after travelling for 3 weeks or so. It was also very handy to have equipped kitchen - made for a relaxed time.Treetops location meant it was an easy and enjoyable short walk to the town centre. Rosemary was most helpful with advice - from where to eat, things to do, laundry location, phone assistance - nothing was a problem. Overall we found Rosemary & Peter most welcoming, friendly and excellent hosts.

Rosemary was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about local attractions. Breakfasts were nice and the rooms were spacious - no in-room TV's or internet access though. One street up from the main street which was great. Slightly expensive for what you get, but Banff is a tourist village so most things are more expensive.

We stayed at Treetops for two nights during our round trip of Western Canada. We received a very warm welcome and were offered plenty of practical advise on what to do & see. Breakfast was by far the best we had during the whole trip! Beyond Banff being an obviously great location for exploring this part of the Rockies, Treetops is very conveniently located in easy walking distance from downtown Banff without having any the noise. The common guest room is beautifully decorated and has a great balcony. If you wanted to be a bit picky, you'd have to point out that the rooms are not very well soundproofed. Notwithstanding, thoroughly recommended!

My husband and I just loved staying at this B&B. The house was nice, up to date, clean. The owners made us feel right at home. The location is perfect for walking downtown. Our only issue was that the walls felt thin so therefore we felt we had to whisper. Our room was below the main gathering area and come early morning as they were preparing the breakfast for the guest the noise woke us up earlier than we wanted to be. We enjoyed it enough but next time we might check out another spot but only because we felt we had to be really quiet or we would disturb everyone else.
