Vallarta Palace is Beautiful with excellent service. Check in was complete in less than 15 minutes. Very Clean. Food is ok. Nightly entertainment was poor except for Miss Palace on Monday night. Location was not great for us- we went to the boardwalk downtown and it was 25 minutes by taxi. We went zip lining, snorkling, and whale watching and again each time we had to travel. Zip lining was great, we had did this before, but the crew was wonderful and the experience was great. Whale chasing was interesting. If you are interested in snorkeling at Marietas Island be aware that it is an 1 1/2 hour ride(one way) by catamaran--take a speed boat.

This is a very good Palace resort. It was our 2nd time there and we were not disappointed. Although they were only 40% occupied, the wait staff and all employees were fantastic. The food was very good but could use some variety every couple days. Unfortunatly the theater was closed for repairs and the evening shows were held in the lobby bar which were not very entertaining.

We enjoyed our trip to Vallarta Palace in January so much, we are going back in March!
Taking friends with us this time. Best trip we have ever had! The staff was fantastic and the resort was beautiful.

We had a great time here. The food and drinks were great. The Staff was Excellent. Would happily go back or to any of their other hotels. Loved it!

My husband and I got married at Vallata Palace and it was a dream come true!!! Marisol, our wedding coordinator, took care of everything detail and it came out more beautiful than I ever imagined. Our 40 guests thought so too!!!
It was a perfect way to say "I Do."
