I booked a few nights at this place, as I was in town for a conference at the WTC. It's pretty far from the center, but there is a bus stop right out front. It is NOT a walkable distance really though. You could walk along the beach maybe, but there is some construction on the road that would not make it a safe walk. If you were carrying very much, you would be a hot, sweaty mess pretty quickly!

For the price, it's not a bad deal. It is across the street from the beach. The place has a really friendly, helpful staff. The rooms are like apartments- not a lot of space in the bedroom or bathroom- but there is a large sitting/kitchen area along with a mini-fridge.

If you're looking for luxury, look elsewhere. If you're looking for a cheap, relatively clean place to stay in the area, it's not a bad deal.

  • Liked — There was a fridge so I had a place to keep a couple of beverages.
  • Disliked — It was a bit old and was sort of far away from where I needed to be (but that's not really the hotel's fault! Although they did make themselves seem closer to the WTC than they actually were).
