I am a regular business traveler, and it has been a long time since I did not feel the lack of interest from a staff in a Hotel. It is not jus the hotel has bad design a quality materials that bother me, but it is the fact that when I needed help, or my problem solved, their attitud was "that just the way it is".
If you are coming to Leon, better stay at the Radisson, Fiesta Americana or any other hotel. specilly if you need a fast internet connection: they do not have it, and they do not care...

Very friendly staff and clean rooms USA standards .....
Very quite hotel ......
Hotel is about 20-25 minutes from the Leon-BJX airport...

If you call the hotel directly they will come and pick you up from airport free of charge.

Hotels morning driver is Fernando. He speaks very good English and very knowledgeable person...

Afternoon front desk person name is Veronica and speaks very good English...She will make you reservations to go back to airport with hotel van at no extra charge...

Hotel is about 10 min walk from the main leather stores....
You can a go there with taxi but if hotel van available it is also free..

Well worth the money ...yes i will stay there again.

Don't call Holiday in reservation number call the hotel directly for free pickup from airport...
