Staff was friendly and curteous. Hotel is near the new mall that just opened up with a great variety of stores. Hotel has a very nice swimming pool but it is not heated. On not so hot days the water can be very chilly. It also has a jaccuzzi but it'snot heated. The restaurant is very nice. The breakfast buffet offers a variety choices all week. It's a nice hotel and I would definitely stay there on my next visit. You can save some money if you make reservations online versus walk-in.

This hotel is quiet, convenient (just off cuota and periferico on the edge of town near the new Liverpool and convention center) and has very comfortable rooms with king or double beds and small sleep sofa for kids. It is part of a small Mexican hotel chain. You have a choice of volcano views from the 2nd floor balconies and/or views of the large, clean, sunny swimming pool with lounge chairs and tables. (We were first given a view of the parking lot but they were happy to change that quickly.) The grounds and rooms are well-maintained. Handicapped access seems quite adequate. We found the food and service very good at the restaurant; great breakfast (added cost) with omelettes made to order and fresh fruit, yogurt and cereal as well as a selection of pastries and hot dishes. Room service available. Lovely bar, computer room and wireless internet in lobby area, charming covered outdoor terrace and elegant lobby with huge stained glass window. Manager and bellboy both spoke English and were very helpful. Great place for a business trip, a romantic getaway or a trip with the kids.
