While some of what the other reviewer said is true, I didn't find it as bad. My A/C definitely worked, turning my room into a freezer, which I like. I had hot water, and the T.V. gets a good enough variety of channels. It is definitely for the budget traveler. I spent three nights there. I've been to better, and yes the elevator doesn't work. The big problem was the hotel club. It was a rocking place, all night Saturday, until 0200 in the morning. The music shook the walls, and was so bad I could get a foot massage from the vibrations in the floor. It was incredibly loud, being that I was the room above it, but I could hear it on every floor (I went and checked). Otherwise the staff was helpful, there are some restaurants nearby, but it isn't for those looking for much more than a cheap place to lay your head.
