First off, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE what so ever unless you know spanish! Angel at the front desk was the only one that was very helpful during my stay. I know I am in Mexico so I should know the language and I did try, at least meet me half way people. You knew English when you wanted to argue with me.
Front Desk: Angel great when he was working and when I called. Gaspar, Ay Gaspar, so RUDE and not helpful. When he noticed I spoke English he completely ignored me and did not want to help me check in so I was pond off to the next clerk. He said he didn't know English but all of the sudden the next night when he wanted to argue with me about the room payment he knew English. Esmeralda seemed like she was nice, but when I asked her to speak slowly in spanish so I could understand she seemed hesitant.
Rooms: Beds were hard as a rock, only 2 towels for a room with 3 people. I had to constantly ask for extra towels. One days I refused service and housekeeping still came in the room. Wi-Fi in the room was not a strong signal at all. Had to go outside to use my laptop.
Restaurant: The one time I ate there was a lunch buffet and it was okay. Some items were a little dry, but they were good. Reasonably priced. Service wasn't great there either.
When it comes down to it I will only stay here again if I have to with the group I am in, but not looking forward to it. For future business please try and come off a little more approachable and help those who do not speak spanish as a first language.
