We decided last minute to stay in hermosillo to catch an early flight instead of leaving early from guaymas. We were able to get last minute reservations, and they were able to accommodate our need for a crib for my 14month old (they appologized profusely for only having a pack&play, was perfect for us, we even had pack&play sheets with us). The rooms were super clean and nice, affordable, and everything was spotless.

I arrived in Hermosillo not intending to stay but due to travel complications I did stay one night and after picking up my collegue at the airport, we chose this hotel randomly. The service upon check in was so helpful and friendly and they even solved my travel issues and provided free airport transportation.
I used the fitness room and the pool, both very clean. The room was spacious and clean and an excellent value.
The only blemish on the hotel is the restaurant, the food was way below average , we actually sent back 2 of the 4 items we ordered, and the service was slow considering we were amoung only 8 customers there.
I will stay there again and I recomend it to anyone needing a safe and clean place to stay with a bit of elegance.

I attended a wedding at Hotel Royal Palace and stayed two nights with my husband and daughter. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Nice pool which doesn't seem to get a lot of use as the staff seemed to be surprised when asked for pool towels. We ate breakfast at their buffet which had a lot of local food choices for $95 pesos pp. The staff was friendly including the waiters at the reception. The ballroom where the wedding was held is located on the 2nd floor above the lobby area. I must admit, had I not been a guest of the wedding, I would've been bothered by the loud music which could be heard throughout the hotel until 2 am. Great hotel, would recommend!! Now only if they can spell "comfort" correctly....

This hotel is very nice, thats because it is new. I can say that staff is not that friendly if you compare it to american standards. but thats just Mexico. En mexico customer service is more blunt like in europe so I filtered that. The cashier short changed me 100 pesos, I don't know if by misstake or just thievery. The security is too visible to be confortable, but thats in every good hotel in mexico. Am gringo and I brought my mexican girlfriend and all the guards just stared at as like if we are from some other planet. Guards don't get payed well so they come from these low class neighborhoods I don't trust them at all. Anyway I give it 4 just because it is new. $75 was the cheapest room. holy cow
