I was at the Gran Hotel Hacienda one night, and it was enjoyable. We arrived late, and were able to eat a nice late dinner in the open air (great weather also). The rooms were fine. They were not laid out in a fashion I'm used to, but overall I think the quality was very good.

Hi my name is Patty, I was in this hotel just one night it was enough, the hotel is five stars but the bed and the bathroom has bugs...When I spoke with the Supervisor he was very rude and he never offer me change the room or give an explanation.
I decided leave the hotel at 5:00 o clock morning because I could not sleep more, The bugs were walking on my face!! it is terrible, be carefully with this hotel, looking for other options they declare they are the best hotel in Aguascalientes Mexico and of course it is a lie.

I'm from Florida and my husband is from Aguascalientes, MX. For our honeymoon, we flew to his hometown so that I could meet his Mexican family for the first time.

I wanted to include my American parents so we invited them along. We booked their stay at the Gran Hotel Hacienda because it was just a few mintues from my in-laws' house.

I'll never forget the sparkle in my dad's eyes when he saw their "amazing" suite, and my mom ran around saying how "beautiful" everything was. The hotel provided all the comforts of home at an affordable price. They said they felt like they were on their honeymoon.

Next year my husband and I are visiting his family again and we're taking some friends with us. They're going to stay at the Grand Hotel Hacienda.
