We booked condo # 301 for family group of seven. My wife & I brought our mothers, 2 sister in laws and my sister. Only guy in our party of seven, as I mnetioned earlier, I took one for the team. Flew into Cancun and had a mini van from Executive. They had a counter outside Terminal 3- and we were driven to their office outside Terminal 2. Drove to Pto. Aventuras in about 1 hour 15 minutes as the traffic around Playa was busy due to construction. Condo 301 has a super view looking SE toward the south boat entrance into the marina. Easy walk into Puerto- we walked thru the Omni lobby to get to the shops and restaurants. We really liked Cafe Ole for dinner & music- but it's not cheap. Got to know the staff well- "Philly" the waiter was a lot of fun. For breakfast The Pub was more affordable- we went there 3 times. Our other meals we had in the condo- having made two trips to Playa and bought groceries at the Chedraui. The beach at Puerto is not the huge expanse of white sand thet we like, but was OK, with a nice stretch near the south boat entrance to the marina. Even though there is a sign that say's not to swim near that channel, the snorkling was awesome on the south rocky shoreline of the channel it self. Just watch out for boats and you'll be fine. We also took day trips to Tulum, Akumal, and the Cenote Azul. My wife and I usually like more remote areas of the Riveria Maya, but for this family trip Pto. Aventuras worked out great.

We have stayed at these condos before , but not with this view. The condo is decorated so nicely and the beds are fantastic. We really enjoy the community of Puerto, but love this condo. The condo is fully stocked for any meal you may dream of , not that we cooked....There is a washer and dryer. I would highly recommend this condo and will be back !!!

We stayed at Villas Del Mar 301 and our balcony was practically right on the ocean. Every room in the 3 bedroom condo had an ocean view and it was heaven to fall asleep at night on the exquisite beds listening to the waves. The villa was amazingly kept and cleaned by the cleaning staff. Beach in front was rocky, but walking down to the Omni hotel beach and it was great. We snorkeled a bit and saw little fish. Traveled with 13 yr old son, who loved the town of Puerto Aventure - an easy walk- and each morning and evening we ate outside and watched the dolphins swim. Took day trips to Tulum and Cozumel. Great vacation - quiet - not a big night life but wonderful. Loved it.

Condo 101 in the Villa de Mar 2 complex is amazing, we had the best location in the complex to both the pool and beach. The condo itself was very large, huge bedrooms, spotless, and had everything we needed. It was really nice to arrive and have a welcome basket with goodies for the first few days and enough bottle water to last us through out the stay. There was nothing better than going to bed and hear the waves and then waking up to them in the morning. The patio and grass area in front to the beach was a great place to spend the day away, close enough to fridge and at the same time by the beach! We were that close. Walking the 5 minutes to town along the sandy beach was heaven, morning, afternoon and night. So peaceful and safe! The village was a great place to go to for snacks, meals or just to listen the entertainment throughout at all the little resturants. Wonderful to be outside.This is a place we cannot wait to go back to, if you get a chance to stay here don't miss out. If is fabulous!
