We stayed there one night. Choose the hotel as a last resort as many others were totally filled with holiday travelers. The room was cramped and dark. The single window opened right onto a busy side street. There was a bright street light outside the room and the light came in all night because there was only a thin cotton curtin. The night was quite chilly and the mattress never warmed up. Even though the staff supplied us with an extra blanket, we froze all night long. The small bathroom was fairly clean but in need of major repairs to the fixtures. All this for a price exceeding $100 dollars. We ate dinner at the adjoining restaurant and our meals were the worst we have had in 25 years of travel in Mexico. If you have to spend a night in Ciudad Valles, do not stay at this hotel.
