On my lates business trip my room was cancelled and re-asigned to someone else. The hotel manager said that since no luggage was letf at the room they figured I was gone. Only a "sorry, I can help you look for another room in another hotel because we are full" at 9:30 in the evening! Totally unacceptable. It is not the first time a bad experience has happened in this chain. If given the chance, look for another option, always.
