On the postive side this is a modern hotel with nice design. The people are really friendly. Excellent resturant outside the hotel for great steak.....
But the negitive out ways the postive.
This hotel is next to a busy highway. The windows in the hotel are very thin, therefore you can hear the traffic all night long. Also next door is a guard dog that barks continously all night. The bed was hard, like sleeping on the floor and the pillows were very stiff. The sheets were not soft. Not a good night sleep!!! I stayed at this hotel three times, because I was on a business trip and was booked here. Each time the same thing, next time I will be looking elsewhere.

Gorgeous hotel opened in 2006. Definitely not a prime tourist location as it is located opposite the VW plant on busy Route 150. But the hotel is stunning architecturally inside. Spotless. Excellent service.

My room was very capacious. No fuss with wireless or outlets as they have thought of all of that in this businessman's hotel.

First class bathroom with large marble shower and separate toilet room.

Only small disappointment was the 'ordinary' quality of the food. Puebla has so many fine chefs de cuisine that finding one who is just average is a disappointment.
